Your Sustainability Workshop Facilitator
I’m Eva De Keyser, founder of Sparks Impact.
For over a decade, I’ve driven sustainability forward inside complex organisations like Ardo, Alpro, and Danone. I’ve been the lone sustainability lead, passionate about change but navigating shifting priorities, unclear ownership, and competing agendas, I know exactly what it takes to make sustainability work in real life.
Today, I help you fast-track what took me years to learn: building alignment across teams, creating ownership at every level, and embedding sustainability into everyday business decisions.
Guiding Sustainability Leaders From the Inside Out
I combine hands-on corporate experience with expert facilitation: I’m certified in LEGO® Serious Play® and Climate Fresk, and I’ve guided leaders through the KU Leuven Sustainability Leadership Programme. I also speak internationally, including at COP15 on biodiversity in Montréal, and contribute as a non-executive board member for organisations driving sustainability forward.
