Watch Your Team Connect the Climate Dots

Facilitated by certified Climate Fresk facilitator Eva De Keyser.

Inside The Climate Fresk Workshop

โ€จThe Climate Fresk workshop is an interactive experience that helps your team truly understand how climate change works, without the usual lectures or heavy presentations.

Using a set of cards based on IPCC climate science, your team works together to connect the causes and consequences of climate change. Piece by piece, the climate system starts to make sense.

Instead of sitting back and listening, your team builds the big picture together, sparking curiosity, lively discussions, and plenty of โ€œahaโ€ moments.

By the end, your team walks away with a much clearer understanding of climate change and a shared foundation for meaningful conversations about sustainability inside your organisation.

Why Organisations Bring Climate Fresk to Their Teams

Your team talks about sustainabilityโ€ฆ but most of the time, it feels abstract, messy, or like someone elseโ€™s problem.

A Climate Fresk workshop changes all that. It shows your team the climate system clearly, and sparks the kind of conversations that make things happen.

โ€จโ€จ
For many organisations, this is the spark that turns talking into doing, and your team into a force that moves together.

Meet Eva

Your Climate Fresk Facilitator

For over a decade, I worked in corporate sustainability at Ardo, Alpro, and Danone, helping move sustainability from strategy into everyday business decisions.โ€จ

I know firsthand how hard it is to get an entire organisation moving on sustainability, and thatโ€™s exactly what I help leaders do. โ€จ

Through workshops like Climate Fresk, I guide teams to align, spot blind spots, and take ownership so sustainability becomes part of everyday decisions.

With a mix of strategic thinking and hands-on facilitation, I help your team move from curiosity and conversation to clarity and action.

Climate Fresk Workshopโ€”FAQ

Q1: Who should attend a Climate Fresk workshop in our organisation?

Anyone! It’s built for teams where sustainability still feels complex, overwhelming, or far away, and works just as well for people who already know the topic and want to deepen their understanding.

Q2: How many people can take part, and can we run it for a large group?

The Climate Fresk is played at tables of up to 7 participants. One facilitator can run 2 tables (14 participants). For larger groups, we bring in multiple facilitators, so it scales to organisation-wide sessions with several hundred people in a single day. The main requirement is enough space and tables

Q3: How long does a session take, and can it be run virtually, or does it need to be in person?โ€จ

Ideally, 3.5 hours, with a minimum of 3. Preferably in person, because the hands-on, table-based format is part of what makes it work.

Q4: Do participants need any prior knowledge of climate science?

None at all! It works just as well for people with little prior knowledge as for people who are already familiar with the topic.

Q5: What language(s) can the workshop be delivered in?

Dutch, English, and French as standard. Other languages on request.

Q6: How is Climate Fresk different from a regular sustainability training or presentation?โ€จ

Climate Fresk isn’t built around slides or theory. It runs on a playful mindset: curiosity, room to experiment and make unexpected connections, and real conversation instead of one-way information. Groups consistently describe the same change in tone: from something abstract and heavy to a pragmatic, โ€œwe can fix thisโ€ mindset.

Q7: What happens after the Climate Fresk workshopโ€”is there follow-up, or is it a one-off?

There’s follow-up by email, plus a short reflection call afterward, to ensure the โ€œaha momentsโ€ from the session turn into something that sticks.

Q7: What does a Climate Fresk Workshop cost, and what’s included?

Climate Fresk begins from โ‚ฌ1,500 excl. VAT as a starting point, covering intake, design, and delivery. The exact cost depends on group size, format, and scope. We start with an Engagement Scan to clarify your purpose and scope.

Q7: Can this be combined with SPARK Awareness or SPARK Momentum afterward?

Yes, Climate Fresk works well as an entry point into the wider SPARKS Impact Journey, moving from shared understanding into ownership and action.

Q7: How do we prepare our team beforehand?

Prepare the room with enough tables and space. We’ll also have an intake conversation beforehand where I’ll ask for a few documents to tailor the session to your context.
